Joel Streicker’s short fiction has appeared in a number of magazines, including Great Lakes Review, Kestrel, and Gravel. His forthcoming story in Blood Orange Review is also the winner of that journal’s inaugural fiction contest and will appear in its December 2019 issue. He has published poetry in English and Spanish, and his translations of Latin American writers such as Samanta Schweblin and Mariana Enríquez have appeared in A Public Space, McSweeney’s, and other journals. He is a charter member of the Union of Universally Unacclaimed Writers.
